Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return experience:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened and unused products.

  • Products must be in their original condition, including packaging, and suitable for resale.

  • Custom or made-to-order products, as well as special orders, are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Returns must be arranged via our customer service department—do not return goods without prior approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect products or damaged goods), Broz Wholesale will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns of products that are not defective or if the return is not due to an error by us.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, or store credit may be provided if preferred.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Custom-built or special order products.

    • Products that have been installed, altered, or used.

    • Products without a valid proof of purchase.

  • Special Note on Colorbond Products

    Please note that Colorbond products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of these items, even minor surface marks or scratches sustained during transport or handling can make them unsuitable for resale.

    Additionally, Broz Wholesale supplies Colorbond products at highly competitive wholesale prices, which do not allow for the cost of return processing, restocking, or secondary storage. For this reason, we are unable to accept any exchanges, changes, or refunds on Colorbond products once the purchase has been completed.
